Delivery & Returns
UK mainland orders incur a flat rate delivery charge of £3.95 no matter the number of items ordered. We use Royal Mail 48 tracked (Normally arrives within 48hours from day of dispatch). We also offer the option to have an express order shipped for £5.95 by Royal Mail 24 tracked (Normally arrives within 24hours from day of dispatch).
Please make sure that the shipping address is correct as we’re unable to redirect orders once they are on their way to you. We aim to despatch all orders received by 1pm the same day. If you place an order after 1pm we will dispatch it the following working day (If you order after 1pm on Friday it will be dispatched the following Monday). We dispatch orders on weekdays only. We cannot deliver to PO Box addresses.
If you suspect a lost delivery please contact us quoting your name, order number and full address and we will look into it for you straight away.
Delivered when you’re not at home?
Royal Mail will leave you a card letting you know that a delivery has been attempted. The card should have detailed instructions informing you on how to obtain your parcel. You will have a specified period from the date of attempted delivery to rearrange delivery, after this date items will automatically be returned to us. If the item is returned to us in this way, we will need to charge again for postage before sending the item out again. We will contact you first. To avoid delays in delivering your parcel, we recommend having your item shipped to your daytime address (for example, your work address).
We use Royal Mail for all European shipments. This is a trackable service, but does not require a signature on delivery.
Shipping costs for European deliveries are approximately €3.95 /unit, although this may vary slightly depending on exchange rates.
Deliveries within Europe usually take 3-5 working days.
Re- allows you 15 days to return a product that you are not satisfied with. Your right of return starts from the moment your order is delivered. You can return the product to us within this time frame, at your own expense with your invoice. We request that you send us the Re- products by registered post and that you purchase insurance with your carrier for the value of the merchandise. This is necessary should they lose or damage the goods. Shipping fees remain your responsibility. Please return products in original complete condition, including packaging. A refund will be credited to your original payment method within 10 days of us receiving the returned goods. Please note some banks may take longer to credit your account. We are not liable and cannot take any responsibility for any bank charges that you may incur during the refund process. Please note that the original postage charge is not refunded. Refunds do not include shipping costs, unless the product has been supplied damaged, in which case we will refund the full cost of the order.
